When you purchase the Camino Francés Getting Started Audio Guide (herein referred to as “Audio Guide”), you are purchasing digital access to a collection of audio, video, and written materials created and distributed by Nancy Reynolds of Rohnert Park, California, USA, acting as The Camino Experience. You, as the purchaser and user of this product is herein referred to as “User.”

Digital Products are for personal use only. You are granted one (1) non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the Product. You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, alter, modify, share with third-party, display the content publicly, or create derivative works of the digital products in this Audio Guide.

The content of the Audio Guide is based on Nancy’s experience, knowledge, and research as a regular and frequent pilgrim on the Camino Francés.

Due to the nature of this material, details are subject to change over time. Neither Nancy Reynolds nor The Camino Experience is responsible for differences in quoted and actual prices, changes in availability of services and accommodations, the continued existence of businesses, sights, and food options, or the individual experiences of the User.

CONTENT OF THE AUDIO GUIDE
The content of this Audio Guide will be delivered via scheduled, staggered email correspondence which contains links to the digital products. The User must be able to access digital files using a computer or smartphone. You will access the files through Dropbox, but you do not need a Dropbox account to access these files.

The user will have access to the guide from the date of each email until 60 days after the completion of their Camino.

The Audio Guide contains information, recommendations, and suggestions for people walking the Camino Francés route of the Camino de Santiago, which begins in Saint Jean Pied de Port, France, and covers approximately 800 kilometers to the city of Santiago de Compostela.

The Camino traverses a variety of forest and wilderness terrain and can include crossing creeks and rivers and walking on motorways with vehicular traffic. In addition, the weather is subject to change at any time, and dangerous conditions may exist.

The User is responsible for their own safety while planning and preparing to walk the Camino Francés route of the Camino de Santiago, while traveling to their starting point and from their ending point, and for the duration of their Camino journey, including while walking or cycling, riding a horse, using public transportation (planes, trains, buses, taxis, etc.), and staying in accommodations.

Information and advice provided by Nancy Reynolds and The Camino Experience is shared in the spirit of goodwill. You take all information and advice at your own risk and are expected to exercise common sense in planning and executing your Camino walk. ALL ACTIVITIES CONNECTED TO WALKING THE CAMINO AS RELATED AND SUPPORTED BY THIS AUDIO GUIDE ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

PAYMENT POLICY
The payment of US$97 will be made by credit card using Stripe processing. Click or tap the box to agree to these terms and conditions, and then click or tap on the Submit button to proceed to the payment screen.

For payments originating in currencies other than US dollars, current currency exchange rates will apply, as assigned by your bank. In addition, Stripe and your bank may charge additional fees for the foreign currency transaction. These fees (typically 1- 3% of the transaction) are assumed by the participant and are not deducted from the cost of your Audio Guide.

REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your purchase and request a refund within 72 hours of purchase by contacting Nancy by email at youonthecamino@gmail.com.

If you request to cancel, you will receive a refund of all monies paid less a $10 processing fee within 30 days of cancellation.
