Leigh Brennan of The Camino Cafe Podcast Interviews Nancy
What a delight it was to be a guest on Leigh’s Camino Cafe Podcast! I met Leigh in Saint Jean Pied de Port, France in September, 2021, as she was getting ready to walk the beginning stages of the Camino Francés. We spent the day together exploring Saint Jean, having lunch at Refuge Orison, and then attending a choral performance at the lovely church in Valcarlos. And then Leigh walked on, headed toward her new home, in Santiago de Compostela.
Leigh has interviewed dozens of people who walked the Camino de Santiago and then went on to write books or songs, who opened albergues, and who, like me, have started a podcast about the Camino.
I didn’t know what to expect in our conversation, but Leigh got me talking. In this video I share my personal story of what I have gained from walking the Camino as well as some details about what I offer to first-time pilgrims and why I am so passionate about what I do.
Enjoy! (And thank you, Leigh!)
