Here are seven partial samples from the Camino Francés Getting Started Audio Guide.

The guide has more than 40 audio sessions, 10+ videos, and a bunch of worksheets and PDFs with content to take you from the idea of walking the Camino to your first steps on the trail and on to Santiago de Compostela.

Here is a full list of the content included in the audio guide. It also includes three full-length sample sessions.
