When you purchase the DIY-plus Camino Planning Program (herein referred to as “the Program”), you are purchasing digital access to a collection of audio, video, and written materials created and distributed by Nancy Reynolds of Rohnert Park, California, USA, acting as The Camino Experience. You, as the purchaser and user of this product is herein referred to as “User.”

Digital Products are for personal use only. You are granted one (1) non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the digital content of the Program. You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, alter, modify, share with third-party, display the content publicly, or create derivative works of the digital products in the Program.

DISCLAIMER
The content of the Program is based on Nancy’s experience, knowledge, and research as a regular and frequent pilgrim on the Camino Francés.

Due to the nature of this material, details are subject to change over time. Neither Nancy Reynolds nor The Camino Experience is responsible for differences in quoted and actual prices, changes in availability of services and accommodations, the continued existence of businesses, sights, and food options, or the individual experiences of the User.

The Camino Experience makes no guarantees you will attain a particular result using the ideas presented in this Program.

CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM
The content of the Program will be delivered via an online course hosted on the Thinkific platform. The User must be able to access digital files using a computer, tablet, or smartphone, using WiFi or a data connection.

The User will also receive access to scheduled Zoom calls led by Nancy Reynolds. The Zoom calls are recorded and made available to participants after the call. Participation in the Zoom calls indicates your consent to be recorded and for the recording to be shared with current and future Program participants. You always have the option to turn off your camera and remove your name from the screen display.

The user will have access to the Program content from the purchase date until 60 days after the completion of their Camino.

The Program contains information, recommendations, and suggestions for people walking any and all routes of the Camino de Santiago, with specific information provided for the Camino Francés route.

The Camino routes traverse a variety of forest and wilderness terrain and can include crossing creeks and rivers and walking on motorways with vehicular traffic. In addition, the weather is subject to change at any time, and dangerous conditions may exist.

The User is responsible for their own safety while planning and preparing to walk their chosen route of the Camino de Santiago, while traveling to their starting point and from their ending point, and for the duration of their Camino journey, including while walking or cycling, riding a horse, using public transportation (planes, trains, buses, taxis, etc.), and staying in accommodations.

Information and advice provided by Nancy Reynolds and The Camino Experience is shared in the spirit of goodwill. You take all information and advice at your own risk and are expected to exercise common sense in planning and executing your Camino walk. ALL ACTIVITIES CONNECTED TO WALKING THE CAMINO AS RELATED AND SUPPORTED BY THIS PROGRAM ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

PAYMENT POLICY
The Program fee payment will be made by credit card using Stripe processing. Click or tap the box on the webpage to agree to these terms and conditions, and then click or tap on the Submit button to proceed to the payment screen.

For payments originating in currencies other than US dollars, current currency exchange rates will apply, as assigned by your bank. In addition, Stripe and your bank may charge additional fees for the foreign currency transaction. These fees (typically 1- 3% of the transaction) are assumed by the participant and are not deducted from the cost of your DIY-plus program.

REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting Nancy by email at youonthecamino@gmail.com. If you cancel, you will receive a refund of all monies paid, less a $30 processing fee within 30 days of cancellation.

Technical glitches may sometimes occur, but they will be quickly remedied. Customer support will be provided via email correspondence. Please direct all technical questions to Nancy Reynolds at youonthecamino@gmail.com.
